This document contains a complete sick leave clause that details the Employee’s entitlement to sick leave during the first 6 months of employment and thereafter. This clause takes into account variations in the number of days an employee ordinarily works and details the requirements for when an employee is required to produce a medical certificate to be entitled to paid leave leave.
